Course description
The Highfield Level 2 Award in HACCP for Catering (RQF) is designed for food handlers and people who operate in a food catering setting. The qualification is aimed for people who are currently employed in the catering sector as well as those who are preparing to enter the field.
The qualification’s goal is to provide people an overview of HACCP and to help individuals who are or will be part of a HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) team in a catering context.
