Course Objectives
This course aims to equip the delegates with the required knowledge and skills on how to conduct gas testing when working in confined spaces and performing hot work activities with anticipated flammable atmosphere. The delegates will also learn about the implications of statutory requirements related to gas testing, use of monitoring equipment, and documenting and interpreting of the results.

This course is suitable for learners who want to learn effective delivery of training, development of good planning, preparation, and delivery skills, including delivery methods, questioning techniques and time management. This qualification will also enable the trainer to deliver regulated qualifications and successfully achieve the knowledge transfer after the training to the delegates.

No prerequisite is required for this course.
Target Audience
This course is designed and intended for new and experienced trainers either external or internal, who wants to improve their classroom skills and obtain a training qualification to enhance and demonstrate their competency in a workplace setting.
Assessment
- Practical assessment - the learner must demonstrate the delivery of either 1 or 2 microteaching session(s) with a total of 20 to 30 minutes
- Self-evaluation - a report should be written by the learner and be submitted with the assessment pack.
