Course Objectives
This course aims to equip the delegates with the required knowledge and skills on how to conduct gas testing when working in confined spaces and performing hot work activities with anticipated flammable atmosphere. The delegates will also learn about the implications of statutory requirements related to gas testing, use of monitoring equipment, and documenting and interpreting of the results.

This course provides learners with an understanding of the requirements of health, safety and welfare; the benefits of a health and safety management system; the risks and control methods for common workplace hazards; the principles of risk assessment and incident investigation.
Course Prerequisite
No prerequisite is required for this course but a good background in health and safety would be an advantage.

This course is designed and intended for learners who are already working in the capacity of supervisor, manager, team leaders or those who are preparing to start work at this level and gives them the knowledge of health and safety.
